Hygienic pigging technology

KIESELMANN's hygienic pigging systems feature the patented Duplex pig, designed to move bidirectionally through pipelines. It can be precisely configured to the medium, enabling hygienic cleaning while reducing water consumption by up to 80%. The pigs navigate easily through standard pipeline components, including elbows, T-pieces, and various valves. An integrated magnet allows for continuous position monitoring throughout the system. The Duplex pigs are made from seamless elastomer bodies, ensuring durability and hygiene. They integrate smoothly into cleaning cycles via a closed transmitting and receiving station.
